Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using ProTrainer's dog training platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Description of Service

ProTrainer is a digital platform that connects dog owners with certified professional dog trainers. We facilitate the booking of training sessions, progress tracking, and secure payment processing between clients and trainers.

User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account information current
• Be responsible for your account security
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Payment Terms

All training session payments are processed securely through our platform using Stripe payment processing. By using our services, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your training sessions
• Provide valid payment information
• Accept our refund and cancellation policies
• Understand that prices may vary by trainer and location

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations: Training sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

Refunds: Refunds for training packages are available within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been conducted. Individual session refunds are handled case-by-case.

User Responsibilities

As a user of ProTrainer, you agree to:

• Provide a safe environment for training sessions
• Ensure your dog is up-to-date on vaccinations
• Disclose any relevant behavioral or health issues
• Treat trainers with respect and professionalism
• Follow trainer instructions and safety guidelines

Trainer Requirements

All trainers on our platform must:

• Hold current professional certifications
• Maintain liability insurance
• Follow positive reinforcement training methods
• Complete background checks
• Adhere to our code of conduct

Liability and Safety

While we carefully vet our trainers, ProTrainer is not liable for:

• Injuries to pets or persons during training sessions
• Property damage during training
• Results or outcomes of training programs
• Actions of individual trainers outside platform guidelines

Users participate at their own risk and should maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

Intellectual Property

The ProTrainer platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by ProTrainer and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our platform to:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Harass or threaten other users
• Share inappropriate or harmful content
• Circumvent platform security measures
• Use the service for commercial purposes outside our framework

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these terms periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where ProTrainer is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
